All applicants are required to commence the process by taking a cognitive assessment. Success at this initial stage qualifies a candidate for the first level of interviews which is a panel interview. Attending subsequent interviews is determined by success at the preceding interview. The Talent Acquisition team will provide feedback at every stage of the recruitment process.
