  • A short code will be mapped to a postpaid number configured on a SIP Trunk
  • All short codes must be obtained from ZICTA, and the approved certificate shared with Airtel for configuration.
  • If preferred, an Airtel number can also be configured as a Toll-Free service instead of a short code.
