My Airtel App
The Airtel Care App is a Self-Service Mobile based Application that works on your Android and IOS operating systems and allows you to have a direct channel to your own account information as well as Airtel Products and Services. These services include but not restricted to Recharging of the main account, Buying SoChe packs, Purchasing data bundles, Subscribing to Value Added Services, Airtel Money and Siliza.
To get the App on your Android and IOS devices, download the Airtel App from Google Play Store and App Store respectively. Once installed, you will be required to confirm your Country, Enter Mobile Number and confirm the One Time PIN (OTP) sent to you via SMS to fully register.
The good part is that usage and navigation in the app is Zero rated, however, normal data charges apply for download and installation.
