Terms and Conditions

Infi-net Speed bundles

1. Infi-net Speed bundles refer to the speed-based data bundles available to the Airtel 4G Smart box and 5G router home broadband devices on Airtel.

2. There are 2 available Infi-net Speed bundles being the (1) 20Mbps Bundle and the (2) 50Mbps Bundle.

3. Customers only access speeds up to the defined speeds for the respective Infi-net bundle they have subscribed to. i.e. Customers using the 20Mbps bundles will only access data speeds of up to 50Mbps.

4. The Infi-net bundles are only available for the home broadband devices that are supplied by Airtel.

5. All Infi-net speed bundles have a validity period of 30 days.

6. The applicable Fair Usage Policy in respect of the Infi-net speed bundles is as detailed below:

• 20Mbps Bundle: Initial speed will be up to 20Mbps, after attaining 850GB usage volume, the speed will be reduced up to 2Mbps within the validity period.

• 50Mbps Bundle: Initial speed will be up to 50Mbps, after attaining 1500GB usage volume, the speed will be reduced up to 2Mbps within the validity period.

7. The Infi-net Speed bundles do not accumulate.

8. When a customer purchases an Infi-net speed bundle during the validity period of a previously purchased Infi-net speed bundle, priority on usage (First in, first out) will apply.

9. The maximum speed for the Infi-net speed bundles is not guaranteed as this may be affected by factors outside our control which includes network availability, number of devices connected to the Airtel 4G Smartbox or 5G router etc.

10. Customers using the Infi-net speed bundles will get speeds as bandwidth. i.e. the Speed will be distributed evenly amongst connected devices to the 4G/5G Routers.

11. Airtel does not offer priority browsing or discriminate customers based on services subscribed to. Customers using the Infi-net speed bundles will not be given priority browsing.

12. Airtel reserves the right to amend and alter these terms, conditions, and benefits of the offers.

13. Customers are notified of their data usage at 60%, 90% and 100% of the Fair usage policy.

14. The Infi-net speed bundles usage volume is unlimited during the validity period. Infi-net speed-based bundles provide internet connectivity every day for the entire 30-day validity. the bundle. Therefore, a customer will be able to access the internet as long as they have a valid and active bundle

Yes. The 5G Routers can work in non-5G covered areas. The Router will fall back to Airtel’s advanced 4G network and you will experience close to 5G speeds.

No. Customers are restricted to buying the device data bundles only.

NO. The offer is only applicable to devices bought from Airtel stores or Airtel Partner stores along with the bundled SIM cards.

The 5G Smart Connect outdoor units are only available in Lusaka through the Airtel stores or Promoters, while the 5G indoor units are available countrywide.

The Outdoor unit comes with an extended external antenna which operates as a booster, to provide the best internet experience
