  • The minutes gotten back can be used for all local calls only;
  • Customers must have made at least 6 cumulative minutes of local calls (All Net) from main account every week to get 50% of minutes used back;
  • The qualifying minutes of local calls (All Net) from a customer’s main account can only be cumulated on a weekly basis (i.e., Monday to Sunday). At 00:00 every Monday, the count resets;
  • The minutes gotten back will not be useable when an eligible customer migrates out of the SmartLIFE Tariff Plan;
  • The minutes gotten back cannot be transferred to another Airtel customer.
