- SmartROAM is an incentive that allows subscribersreceive free incoming calls while roaming on 10networks in 5 countries after recharging N10,000 andabove in a month. The N10,000 and above can eitherbe done in a single recharge or cumulative rechargewithin one calendar month.
- Customer will have access to 50 free incomingminutes in USA and Canada; while SmartROAM usersin the UK, China and India will enjoy only 20 freeincoming minutes
NOTE : The free incoming calls will only be valid for 30 days afterthe subscriber's recharges hit N10, 000. After 30 days thesubscriber will have to recharge again in order to receive freeincoming calls.
Airtel Keep My Number (KMN) is a service from Airtel targetedtowards subscribers mostly outside Nigeria and interested inretaining their number while roaming abroad for long period. All Airtel PREPAID customers can subscribe for the Keep MyNumber service by dialing *494# while maintaining sufficientcredit balance.
SmartRoam is a product that allows Airtel subscribers to receive freeincoming calls while roaming on 10 networks in 5 countries after recharging N10,000 andabove in a month. The N10,000 and above can either be done in a single recharge orcumulative recharge within one calendar month.
Both Prepaid & Postpaid
For postpaidsubscribers with N10,000 credit limit and above, you will get this benefit after bill run. Thusany customer who upgrades his or her credit limit within the month will not enjoySmartROAM until the next month.
You can enjoy SmartROAM so long asyou recharge N10,000 or more within one calendar month. You will get this benefit attachedto your line within 48hours of recharging N10,000.
