No, there are no access fees or hidden charges on smartTALK.
smartTALK is available to NEW and EXISTING customers.
New customers on the Airtel network get:
- First 90 days: 400% bonus on all recharges (100% Voice + 300% data)
- Next 90 days: 300% bonus on all recharges (data only) Existing SmartTALK customers are not eligible for recharge bonuses.
- Calls are charged from voice bonus at 83.33k/sec (N50/min). However non-bonus calls are charged at 25k/sec flat.
- Data usage is charged at N20/MB from data bonus.
- For EXISTING customers, dial *314# to migrate into smartTALK.
- For NEW customers, simply buy a new SIM, register and activate it.
Airtime recharges from all channels (paper recharge, digital recharge from bank, Smartcash, Airtel Selfcare App etc.) of N100 to N5000 qualify customers for 100% and 300% bonus on recharge.
After 180days, you will automatically stop enjoying the 100% and 300% bonus on ALL recharges and all calls will be charged at 25/sec flat.
